PENETRON develops and manufactures high quality products for a wide range of waterproofing applications. All of our products undergo rigorous lab and field testing and are produced in our own production facility.
SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
One component, polymer modified grout mortar, with very high strength, for quick repair of industrial concrete floors. For thicknesses up to 50 mm, or otherwise, with quartz QUARTZ SAND MIX (~ 11,3 Kg/Bag). Mixing: 1 bag at 3,1 Lt water.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption (without the addition of quartz sand) is: ~1,9 Kg/m2 per 1 mm thickness or 1 bag for filling 12 Lt. With the addition of quartz sand, the product’s consumption decreases correspondingly.

SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
One component, polymer modified, new technology, repairing mortar for finishing from feather edge to a maximum thickness of 13 mm with reduced water absorbedness. Suitable for vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces such as walls, facades, stairs, corridors, and passable floors or even in pools surrounding areas. Walkable in approx. 2-3 hours. Excellent adhesion even without the use of primer, in a well damp surface. Mixing: 22.70 Kg bag, in 3,8-5,2 Lt of water.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption per 1 mm repair thickness is ~1,6 Kg/m2 hence the 22,70 Kg bag covers ~15 m2 for 1 mm filling.

SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
Acrylic based primer to increase adhesion to absorbent and non-absorbent substrates. For absorbent substrates: Two coats, 1: 3 and 1: 1 water diluted, respectively. For normal substrates (eg. concrete): One coat, 1: 1 water diluted. For non-absorbent substrates (eg. tiles, metal, epoxy): One coat, insoluble. Each layer should have dried well. Open adhesion time ~ 24 hours. Suitable as a primer for self-leveling mortars, like INDUSTRIAL TOPPING SL, STANDARD UNDERLAYMENT SL etc.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively: 18 - 22 m2 per 3,8 Lt pail. Attention: good surface preparation.

SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
Transparent, 2-component, epoxy water based primer for PENECOATTM ELASTIC on non porous surfaces such as metals, tiles, old acrylics, bitumen etc. The mixture is diluted with water 10-20%. Also with dilution up to 50% with water it can be used as a very strong stabilizer of unstable substrates. The waiting time, as primer, is 4-12 hours, depending on the conditions (slow down during winter time).
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption is 0,150 to 0,200 Kg/m2 in one coat and depending on the substrate absorbedness. As stabilizer for unstable substrates, it may increase its consumption.

SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
S-BOND FLEX is a ready-to-use, isocyanate and solvent free, high-elastic strength wood-flooring adhesive, based on a Silyl Modified Polymer. It can be easily applied by a trowel and it significantly reduces the time of wood-flooring applications. Cures by reaction with air moisture. No need of any special adhesion primer on sound substrates.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, 0,9 to 1,4 Kg/m2, according to the superficial condition of the support.

One component, thixotropic, fast curing, sealing and bonding material. Suitable for sealing joints of regular traffic or bonding connections. Application on surfaces from concrete, wood, metal, glass, ceramics, etc. Can bear small surface distress (e.g. flooring joints).

Paintable without producing bubbles and useful for medium traffic joints. Ideal for sealing panels, frames, metal constructions, building facades, where the material’s stability and aesthetics play an important role. Applicable in a wet environment.
