SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
Colored, 2-component, solvent free, epoxy flooring material. Suitable for high distress floorings, such as industries, warehouses, parking lots etc. Applicable as self levelling or coating.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
As self levelling with mixing 1:1 by quartz sand weight (see quartz sand list), the consumption is: 0,8 Kg/m2 per 1 mm thickness. As coating for 2 coats, indicatively, the consumption is: 0,6 - 0,8 Kg/m2.

SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
Electrically conductive, 2-component, epoxy resin coating, solvent-free, with high resistance to chemicals and crack-bridging up to 0.2 mm. It is suitable for application in storage/handling facilities (LAU) and has been tested according to the Water Resources Act (WHG §63). The conductive property ensures protection against explosion.

SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
One component, medium distress, semi-hard polyurethane coating mainly for internal parking lots, commercial areas, warehouses, refrigerators. Important: good ventilation during application. For applications in external areas, use PENECOATTM PU-H (UV).
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption is ~0,200 Kg/m2 per coat. Usually, applicable in 2 coats within 2-3 hours and while the surface is still sticky. In the case of application with the primer PENEPRIMERTM PU and 2 coats of PENEFLOORTM PU-COAT or PENECOATTM PU-H, we must finish in the same day.

SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
PU 484 is a high-quality, non-yellowing, non-pigmented and solvent-free, 2-component polyurea resin for transparent top and coverage sealing of decorative sand scattered coatings. PU 484 may also be applied as a decorative, glossy clear resin layer on recommended coatings. The product consists of a medium-viscous, transparent, pale resin and a high-quality, non-pigmented hardener. The final material is transparent, non-yellowing and results in optically appealing, even surfaces. This characteristic is advantageous, particularly at higher temperature.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption is 0,5-0,8 Kg/m2 for scattered coatings and 0,6-0,9 Kg/m2 for clear resin coatings.

Water-based, economical, matt, solvent-free, 2-component, epoxy resin emulsion sealer, suitable for industrial and commercial areas, exposed to light load. For normal substrates, with medium loads, apply first layer as a primer, diluted 5-10% with water.

SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
Elastic, 2-component polyurethane system, solvent-free, available in different colors, capable of bridging cracks up to 0,5 mm. Suitable for walls and ceilings with a smooth finish. It is applied in 2 to 4 layers. Before applying each layer, sanding of the surface is required.
Shades (might vary): RAL 9010, RAL 1015, RAL 7035. Available in other shades upon request.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, consumption is 1,3 – 1,5 Kg/m2/mm layer thickness. For stabilization of the substrate and better development of the system, it is recommended to reinforce it with an intermediate layer of VA 1040 GLASS MESH or equivalent.
