Description:
The Tropicana City Mall has 4 retail levels, a 12-story office tower and 3 basement levels, with a gross floor area of about 715,000 square feet (65,032 m²). The exposed partially cast basement stood abandoned for ten years and needed special treatment as heavy leakage was evident.

Products Used:
PENECRETE MORTAR, PENETRON and PENEPLUG pressure grouting were all successfully used to restore and waterproof the basement structure.
