SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
One-coat moisture vapor reduction system, 2-component, consisting of a unique combination of epoxy resins and other chemical compounds. VB 225 is formulated to prevent floor failures on concrete slabs, containing elevated levels of moisture vapor emission (100% RH). The low perm rating makes VB 225 perfect as a primer for virtually all types of flooring, especially low permeance flooring, such as sheet goods and rubber tile and, due to its low VOC content, allows installation in sensitive areas, such as active hospitals, schools and grocery stores.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Fast-curing within 8-12 hours. Coverage, based on the moisture content of the substrate, from 85% to 100% RH, respectively, 3,70-2,45 m2 / Lt (25 - 40 m2 per set ~ 10 Lt).
