SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
Transparent, 2-component, epoxy water based primer for PENECOATTM ELASTIC on non porous surfaces such as metals, tiles, old acrylics, bitumen etc. The mixture is diluted with water 10-20%. Also with dilution up to 50% with water it can be used as a very strong stabilizer of unstable substrates. The waiting time, as primer, is 4-12 hours, depending on the conditions (slow down during winter time).
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption is 0,150 to 0,200 Kg/m2 in one coat and depending on the substrate absorbedness. As stabilizer for unstable substrates, it may increase its consumption.
