Description:

This project included the water intake installations from the Rimac River, the water treatment plant at Huachipa with a nominal capacity of 10m³/s and a 27km-long water pipeline from Huachipa to Lima (Ramal Norte). It is Latin America’s largest potable water treatment plant, supplying water and sanitation services to 2.4 million people in Lima that were previously without or with very limited access to water.

Products Used:

The PENETRON System was used to protect and waterproof the concrete in the water treatment plant.
